User Generated Content includes, but is not limited to, text messages, comments, images, videos, reactions, usernames, reviews, votes, chat messages, and any other content submitted or shared by users while using FUNVERZ.
You retain ownership of the content you create and submit. However, by submitting UGC on FUNVERZ, you grant Megaverz Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify such content for platform operations, promotions, marketing, and improvement purposes.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Megaverz Pvt Ltd does not endorse any UGC and is not liable for user-submitted content, opinions, or statements expressed on the Platform.
Users are encouraged to report content that violates this Policy or infringes intellectual property rights by contacting our support team with relevant details.
This UGC Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in platform features, legal requirements, or operational practices. Continued use of FUNVERZ constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
