These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FUNVERZ, operated by Megaverz Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing, registering, or using the FUNVERZ platform (“Platform”, “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Platform Overview

FUNVERZ is a digital engagement platform that enables users to participate in live and digital events, including sports leagues, entertainment shows, award programs, fan interactions, voting, chats, ticket bookings, and brand engagements. FUNVERZ does not offer gambling, betting, or wagering services.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use FUNVERZ. By using the Platform, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform responsibly and not to:

• Engage in unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful behavior
• Misuse chats, voting systems, or engagement tools
• Impersonate any individual, celebrity, brand, or organization
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for violations of these Terms.

4. Tickets, Digital Passes & Payments

Event tickets and digital passes purchased through FUNVERZ are subject to availability and event-specific terms. Pricing, inclusions, and access rights are displayed at the time of purchase. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on FUNVERZ, including logos, designs, software, text, visuals, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Megaverz Pvt Ltd. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

FUNVERZ may integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, streaming platforms, or analytics tools. The Company is not responsible for the policies, performance, or practices of third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

FUNVERZ is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we aim to ensure uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee error-free or continuous operation. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
