1. Event Tickets

Tickets purchased for live or offline events through FUNVERZ are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Refunds may be considered only in cases where an event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer.

In the event of cancellation, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method after deduction of applicable taxes, platform fees, or third-party charges.

2. Digital Passes & Online Access

Digital passes, live streams, and online access products are non-refundable once access has been granted, except in cases of technical failure directly attributable to the Platform.

3. User-Initiated Cancellations

Requests for cancellations initiated by users may not be eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated in the event details or promotional terms. Any approved cancellations must be requested within the timelines communicated during purchase.

4. Event Modifications

Event schedules, line-ups, venues, or formats may change due to operational, technical, or external factors. Such changes do not automatically qualify for refunds unless the event is fully cancelled.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically between 7–14 business days, depending on payment gateways, banks, or third-party service providers.

6. Fraudulent or Misuse Cases

The Company reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, policy violations, or breach of Terms & Conditions.
