This Intellectual Property (“IP”) Rights Policy explains the ownership, usage, and protection of intellectual property associated with FUNVERZ, operated by Megaverz Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). This Policy applies to all content, features, and materials available on the Platform.

1. Ownership of Platform Content

All intellectual property rights in FUNVERZ, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, software, source code, designs, layouts, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, and interactive features, are owned by or licensed to Megaverz Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Limited License to Users

4. User Generated Content & IP

Users retain ownership of their User Generated Content, subject to the license granted to the Company under the UGC Policy. Users represent that their content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

FUNVERZ, Megaverz, logos, taglines, and associated branding elements are trademarks of Megaverz Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

6. Infringement Reporting

If you believe that any content on FUNVERZ infringes your intellectual property rights, you may notify us with sufficient details to enable investigation and appropriate action.

7. Enforcement

The Company reserves the right to remove infringing content, suspend user accounts, or take legal action where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights.

8. Policy Updates

This IP Rights Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in law, technology, or platform operations. Continued use of FUNVERZ constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
